The Beginning
Lion Rocker Health began with a simple vision — to help people move better, recover faster, and live stronger.
In 2019, Steph and Ron started as two dedicated physiotherapists working side by side at a small clinic, Nicholson Road Physio. Their shared belief in delivering hands-on, effective care quickly built trust within the community.
2021
By 2021, their growth led to the opening of a second location in Cockburn, where the business took on a new name — Lion Rocker Health — symbolising strength, resilience, and the courage to keep improving.
2022
In 2022, Lion Rocker Health expanded again with a third clinic in Rivervale and introduced Remedial Massage Therapy, marking the first step beyond physiotherapy. This move reflected Steph and Ron’s commitment to providing more complete and integrated care for every client.
2024
By 2024, Podiatry and Exercise Physiology were added to the team, completing the foundation of a truly multi-disciplinary allied health clinic.
Today
Today, Lion Rocker Health offers Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Remedial Massage Therapy, and Exercise Physiology across multiple Perth locations — and has proudly supported more than 20,000 clients on their journey to better health.
The Lion Rocker Team believe in interventional therapy — practical, evidence-based treatment that focuses on real progress and measurable results. This approach has been well received by the community, helping clients see and feel their improvements over time.

Why "Lion Rocker"?
The name Lion Rocker comes from Steph and Ron’s roots in Hong Kong, home to the iconic Lion Rock Mountain. Perched above the city, Lion Rock overlooks the bustling streets below — a symbol of perseverance, unity, and the spirit of overcoming challenges together. This Lion Rock spirit is something Steph and Ron have carried with them to Perth and built into the foundation of our healthcare practice.
